Ik heb via marktplaats panelen gekocht bij dit bedrijf. 2 panelen van 100x50x10 en 2 van 50x50x10 cm. Ik heb metingen gedaan met en zonder de panelen. Gezien ik deze panelen heb gekocht om de akoestiek te verbeteren voor zangopnames, heb ik een vergelijkbare opstelling gebruikt om metingen te doen. D.w.z., ik heb een enkele studio monitor als mono bron gebruikt en die op ongeveer 35% van de kamer lengte, ongeveer 25% van de kamer breedte, en met de woofer op mondhoogte (en tweeter dan op ooghoogte) gezet. Deze afstanden heb ik na wat metingen en simulaties bepaald als de ideale positie om de staande golven in mijn kamer te vermijden – met ideale akoestiek zal dit echter veranderen. De meetmicrofoon heb ik vervolgens op ongeveer 15 cm afstand gezet; dit is de afstand die ik gebruik bij luide zang. Ik heb gemeten hoe hard mijn meest luide zang was (ongeveer 105 dB) en de meting met hetzelfde volume uitgevoerd. De meting heb ik gedaan via REW (room eq wizard) en met een Sonarworks calibratie microfoon. Zie in de bijlage mijn meetresultaten voor en na het plaatsen van deze panelen. Wat mij meevalt is dat de panelen ook op lagere frequenties dan ik had verwacht helpen. Zelfs op 80 Hz zie ik een vermindering in de reflectietijd. Over het algemeen ben ik wel tevreden over het resultaat.
